The POL provides clients with a report on the final disposition codes for all interviews in a survey. These codes indicate whether or not respondents in the sample were successfully contacted, whether or not they completed the interview, and why. This information may be used to determine response, contact, cooperation and refusal rates. If desired, the POL may calculate these rates for the client.
